This Policy explains how Chatura AI Inc. ("Chatura," "we") handles personal information on our websites (chatura.ai, flowtely.ai) and the Flowtely platform (the "Services"). Our guiding principle is data minimization: we collect only what we need to provide the Services, we do not run background tracking, and we do not collect data that is restricted by law.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact data you provide — name, business email, role, company, and authentication data.
- Customer content — what you or your organization submit into the platform, processed solely to provide the Services. We do not use it for advertising or to train third-party models.
- Basic operational logs — limited server logs needed to run and secure the Services (e.g., IP address, timestamps).
We do not use analytics or tracking technologies, we do not collect special-category/sensitive data, and the Services are not directed to children under 16.
2. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary, first-party cookies — for example, to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
3. How we use information
To provide, secure, and maintain the Services; to authenticate users; to respond to your requests; and to comply with law. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Services, and legal obligation.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Services (e.g., cloud hosting and email delivery) under contracts limiting their use to our instructions; with your own organization as you direct; for legal reasons; or in a business transfer. For business customers, much of the data we process is on the customer's behalf, governed by our agreement with them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California's CCPA/CPRA).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing — including under the California CCPA/CPRA, the EU/UK GDPR, and other US state privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah). To exercise any right, email info@chatura.ai; we will verify and respond within the time the law requires. For content we process on a business customer's behalf, we will refer your request to that customer.
6. Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, least-privilege) and will notify affected parties and authorities of a breach as required by law.
7. International transfers
We are US-based; if you access the Services from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the US with appropriate safeguards where required.
8. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy and will post the new date here; for material changes we will provide additional notice. Questions: info@chatura.ai.
