Security & Trust
We run your business processes on AI, and we run them on a secure, dedicated instance built for one client: you. Your data is protected end to end, your environment is isolated from every other client, and every operation is governed and audited.

Security isn't a layer we add at the end. It is how every instance is designed, provisioned, and operated. These are the principles we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
Every client runs on their own dedicated instance with its own data store. Your data is never co-mingled with, or reachable from, any other client's environment. One tenant, one boundary.
Data is encrypted on the wire and encrypted where it lives. Connections are secured with modern transport encryption, and stored data — including backups — is protected with strong encryption at rest.
Access to your instance is granted on a need-to-know basis, scoped to specific roles, and reviewed. People and agents only see the data and actions their role requires — nothing more.
Your process runs inside an environment we provision and operate for you — a known, controlled footprint with hardened configuration, rather than shared infrastructure you can't see into.
The work done on your instance is logged and reviewable. You get visibility into what ran, when, and by whom — so accountability is built into the process, not reconstructed after the fact.
Encrypted backups and a tested recovery process keep your environment durable. We plan for failure so a bad day stays a small one — your data and your process stay protected.
Our commitment
It's your data and your process. We run the work on your behalf, on an instance dedicated to you, and we operate it under controls designed to keep it confidential, available, and accountable. As we grow, our security program continues to mature alongside the enterprises we serve.
Have specific security, privacy, or compliance requirements? We'd welcome the conversation — bring them to us early and we'll design to them.
