If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You will not violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malware; attempt to breach security or access others' data; reverse engineer except as permitted by law; resell the Services without authorization; or use the Services to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. AI outputs can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them, and the Services are not a substitute for professional advice.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the content you submit.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, software, and Chatura marks are owned by Chatura and its licensors; no rights are granted except as expressly stated. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
5. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATURA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA; AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time; we may suspend or end access for violations or security risks. Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
8. Governing law & changes
